Is it possible at all to microwave a frozen pizza?!

Question:

Is it possible at all to microwave a frozen pizza?

I have a Red Baron 14'' medium crust pizza from the frozen section of the grocery store.

The side of the box only RECOMMENDS you do not microwave the pizza, but is there a possibility that you CAN?

(maybe if you cut the pizza into smaller sections?) Let me know what you guys have tried! thanks! =)

Answers:
You can, but it won't crisp at all. I have tried it, in a rush, and it is edible, but limp and soggy. Best option would be to cut slices of a frozen pizza and bake individually in a toaster oven.

maybe the lable should have said this product can be microwaved - but not eaten afterwards!

i think they said that because it will be a stoggy mess. pizza needs to crisp up not steam to cook. I am sure if you defrost it and then nuc it sufficient to kill the bugs ie piping hot - you could eat it, just dont expect it to be as good as baked off in the oven

Yes I do it all the time it tastes just as good as freash! The reason it dosnt recomend it is because it dosnt taste as good as when you do it in the oven.

you could but it would be disgustingly soggy

I do all the time although it may not be good for you. It will be soggy and not crispy like if you cooked it in an oven. But a good pizza like that I would not cook in a microwave or else it will turn into one big soggy mess.

yes you can microwave your pizza, i have. just cut it into smaller portions.

uh yeah i think so. u just cut it n2 smaller pieces & u stick it n the microwave & put a good cooking time & wait 2 c what happens!!! i dont no y they would say that u cant microwave a frozen pizza....it just doesnt make n e sense!!!

You can microwave it, but I wouldn't recommend it. It will be soggy and nasty. It may not even fit, depending on the size of the pizza. But, if you like your pizza that way, far be for me to stop you. . .
