2tablespoons red wine vinegar
2teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary or 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary

3pounds skinless chicken pieces (breasts, legs, thighs)
1tablespoon cornstarch
Rosemary sprigs and lemon slices for garnish (optional)

Preparation: 1.Combine lemonade concentrate, Worcestershire, 2 tablespoons water, vinegar, rosemary and garlic in large resealable food storage bag; add chicken. Seal bag and turn to coat. Marinate in refrigerator 1 hour or overnight, turning bag occasionally.
2.Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove chicken; reserve marinade. Place chicken on rack in roasting pan coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake covered 50 to 55 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center and juices run clear.

Combine cornstarch and 4 remaining tablespoons water in small bowl; stir until smooth. Gradually stir cornstarch mixture into marinade. Cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
