I got hard beef?
my meet is too hard to chew but I don't want to break my teeth. Should I chew slow or carefully?

before cooking the beef or any other meat you can tenderise it by marinating it for a few hours a bit of bicarb soda and. olive oil. even garlic,salt. balsamic vinigar,work into the meat really good.
then cook it as you normally do and it should be much more comfortable for you

Chewing carefully sort of goes hand in hand with chewing slowly. I can't really advise further this time, but for next time I suggest letting it stew in its’ own juices to get it tender or use a meat tenderiser or bash it with a rolling pin before cooking it next time.
