try making a custard or flan....

Chicken supreme - fry chicken, onions, mushrooms in butter. Add flour to make a roux and add about 6 chicken oxos in 300ml of water. When it has thickened, add 2-3 egg yolks mixed with a small carton of single cream and black pepper and cook until thickened. Lovely!
