How do you make a good, cheap, sellable breakfast burrito?!

Question:

How do you make a good, cheap, sellable breakfast burrito?

I want to sell breakfast burrito.

Answers:
I make mine with diced potato, onion, egg, some sort of breakfast meat (bacon crumbled, sausage, ham), cheese and green chile. Salsa is optional.
Warm the tortillas, it makes them easier to roll.

you can use several different kinds of meat; the fastest is to get a steak & dice it & sautee until done if desired onion & garlic can be added as cooking. you may add refried beans if you want. & add salsa, roll it up & there is a a burrito. you can also have shreaded meat (boiled or in the crock pot) or chicken

Well all you have to do is ask my mom's Mexican friend she know how to make a really good burrito!

The tortilla has to be thin. Sonic sells them and the tortilla is thick and flour-y. It overpowers the ingredients. So choose thin tortillas. Make your eggs with green and red peppers - don't get any shell in the egg! Use a mesh strainer to make sure none gets in! Pick a couple types of cheese to make your own blend and add it after the egg (don't cook it with the egg). Also, use small bits of ground sausage that's not too spicy. Serve hot sauce. If people want theirs to be spicier, they can add the heat! :)

Good luck! :)
