Question:

I need nutrition info for a school project asap!`?

ok so for my one cooking class we have to create a dinner and then write down all the nutritional content, calories, fat, sodium, etc and stupid me threw everything out before writing it down. and i cant go to the store and look at all the boxes and such but does anyone know of a site or something if i type a meal or a certian food item in it will tell me the nutrition content?? please i need this TONIGH! b/c the project is due tomorrow!
