Fish with no or little bones .?

Hi ,
I want to incorportate more fish in my diet . I know about sardines pilchards, salmon, trout, snapper, mackeral . But Im after new Ideas to for fish to eat . So far ive found especially mackeral and trout and full of bones even after Ive deboned them .
Any ideas please thanks

flounder...easier fish to prepare in filets

Try Tilapia or Mahi Mahi.

Are you buying them whole?

Try just buying the fillets. - usually already deboned.
