Is this a lot to eat?

non fat yogurt, 1 peice of wheat toast w/ cinnamon, an apple, & some hamburger helper.

No its not. Especially if thats all you have eaten today, you should eat more.

Did you eat it all at once or throughout the day. All at once, yes. Throughout the day, no. I think the hamburger helper is high in calories, fat and sodium though.

that is a very healthy breakfast. but switch the hmaburger helper to eggs. and save the hambuger helper for lunch.

For the whole day? I should think not. You need to eat more, something like 1,800 calories (or more for males).

It was very healthy until the Hamburger Helper. That stuff is so loaded with sodium it is dreadful.

If you are planning to eat that through out the day... its not even close to enough!

How much hamburger helper? You did not specify! It does not sound like a lot to eat,but it all depends on how much hamburger helper you ate.If you had a small size portion the size of your fist then you did not eat too much,but if you ate the whole box by yourself, then you ate way too much.Cheers!
