Question:

Do you get brain freeze from eating icecream?

Answers:
No

no i don't only when i drink slushies

All the time. will not stop me though

yes. in the long run.

yes, but slurpees are worse

Yes I do get brain freeze from eating icecream and I don't even have my real teeth.

Not sure.

YES I DO.
but, i think i know why u dont get brain freezes..
do you stick ur tongue on the roof of ur mouth? cus that keeps brain freezes away.

I get the worst brain freeze from a Wendy's Frosty. And it must be the classic chocolate (our Wendy's has vanilla too).

you get brain freezes when you don't breathe through your nose while you are eating something cold so if you eat ice cream and still breathe through your nose then you shouldn't have a problem with getting a brain freeze while eating ice cream

i get it EVERY time i eat ice cream or drink something super cold (like a Slurpee)

All the time, horribly. I just eat too much of it too quick. Fortunately, there is a somewhat quick remedy: Squishing your tongue onto the roof of your mouth...your tongue warms up that part of your mouth, which had been affected by the cold temperature.

usually everyone gets it sooner or later the reason for brain freeze is the roof of the mouth gets too cold and the brain responds thinking its going to freeze so it creates the intense pain, weird huh? to alleviate it quick put your toungue on the roof of your mouth to warm it and the brain gets tricked into thinking ahhhhh thats better!

I don't get brain freeze from ice cream.. but Slurpee's give me the worst case of brain freeze imaginable! I even start coughing from the coldness.. lol I'm so weird..
I stick to ice cream =]

for about a third of the population, yes.
i'm part of the third.

I no longer eat icecream but when I did I'd always get brainfreeze. Sigh.... How I miss that..

no...i never have! i guess i can chew ice cream like a steak too!! YEAAA!!! =D
