Vinegar Before Bed?
Stupid question, I know..
But I have a horriable problem with insomnia and I was wondering if eating something with vinegar in it will effect me getting to sleep at all.
Will it make me more awake? More sleepy? Or will it do nothing?

I'm not sure about the whole vinegar thing but eating before bed can certainly cause your body to go into motion and wreck havoc with your sleep. What I mean is putting food into your stomach causes the whole digestive process to begin. I find it better not to eat anything after dinner and certainly not after 7:00, if you must have something, sip some tea, chew a couple of saltines, maybe 1/2 of a PBJ sandwich, just take it easy!
should do nothing, but might give you heartburn. drinking a big glass of wine with 2 unisom sleep gels puts me out every time.
Heart burn or you will vomit not good idea
I don't know about helping you sleep, but you will be sleeping alone, that's for sure.
No - its not a "stupid question" Maybe someone knows more than me about this particular sleep-aide.

Milk and Cookies are the best solution for insomnia.

it will help you out if you suffer leg cramps.my daughter eats a few pickles before bed for that reason....
i drank a bottle of vinegar once as a dare... i threw up for like an hour lol
