Are oatmeal walnut cookies bad for you?!

Question:

Are oatmeal walnut cookies bad for you?

i just had one and it said it was 11 g of fat and 210 calories. i no that is a lot but are walnuts & oatmeal healthy?

Answers:
Oat Meal is healthy.Look it up.

All cookies are bad for you, no matter what they've got in them.

thats not so bad, if you eat just one. what kind of fat does it have? hopefully 0 trans. walnuts are typically good fat, omega, however cookies usually are made with lots of butter. better than looking at the nutrition facts, look at the ingredients. the less processed ingredients, the better.

if u but healthy stuff in it u r OK if u don't well............ lets just say its not that healthy

Walnuts and oatmeal are healthy ingredients, unless you are allergic to them both, like I am.....

Oatmeals are healthy.

Walnuts and oatmeal are healthy, if you are not allergic to them and able to digest it. My best friend is allergic to all nuts.

Well, it depends on the ingredients, oatmeal gives you some good whole grains, and walnuts have omega-3 so that sounds good. If there's a lot of butter that would sort of defeat the goodness though. I wouldn't stress having one or two.

oatmeals are good for the body.
