Ketchup stained shirts?!

Question:

Ketchup stained shirts?

t-shirts with ketchup stains on them

Answers:
Don't buy any of the name brand stuff! It's way too expensive and usually never works. Try 1/2 cup of oxygen peroxide and a teaspoon full of ammonia. Dab or squirt a little of that one there. I can get blood, ketchup, wine, blueberry, and any other kind of stain I've come across out with this. Cheap and easy! However, be sure to use an opaque bottle when storing (hydrogen peroxide does not work if exposed to light).

oxy clean/spray n wash/ tide paste scrubbed into stain let set over night and wash in a nice cold gentle wash it should do the trick for colors use clorox 2 for whites use some reg bleach repeat if stain is not gone

If they are white, 100% cotton, use a little bleach after you rinse them out. Be careful using bleach in your sink or bathtube - it can corrode the metal of the stopper.

The MINUTE the stain is gone, rinse out the bleach completely. If not 100% cotton, find a non-clorine bleach at the store, you'll have to read the labels.

If the shirts are not white, you'll have to use a product, like the non-clorine bleach, that is made for colors.

Usually an "enzyme" type cleaner is what you need.

The longer the stain is there, the harder it will be to remove.

get omo, and put water in it, make it thick enough for a pastey kind of texture and spead it on the stain. it should work.

Try to boil water with vinegar. Soak it for ten minutes. Hopefully the stain goes away. It's the traditional way.
