I need some help from a nutritionist...?

will someone please give me some nutritional analysis about this dog food.
Serving size: 100g
Ingredients/100g: 60g finely ground bones of beef & pork, 15g of chicken neck, 15g of chicken back, 7.5g liver, 2.5g pork's blood, 1pc egg and 1 tbsp of tomato sauce.
i just wanted to know the protein level, fats, the minerals in it. btw, the food is lightly cooked. thanks a lot!
