Anyone remember Kia-Ora?!

Question:

Anyone remember Kia-Ora?

Probably never went near an orange but for me it was my childhood brand of choice - that and Fab lollies!

Any other 80's brands you liked?

Answers:
I loved Kia Ora too. Especially the song on the advert! And I've just bought a box of Fab lollies for my kids, Their favourite at the min! Beef Monster Munch!

I was more of an Um - Bongo kid myself

Yeah i'll be your dog

i love fab lollies. i even have some in my freezer right now.
I also used to love the penny sweets. especially black jacks.

Yeah the crow's on the advery were cool

Oh yeah-and their advert was so cool too-'I'll be your dog...'

OK I'm officially old and sad at this point but hey!

What about ray bans? how 80's are they?

i loved kia ora hun

I do remember it, but I remember the advert for it a lot more.

I also remember Um-Bongo, Trio.. the funny thing is I remember the adverts for them a lot more than the products themselves.

There was a soft drink called Quatro, whatever happened to that? And those minty sweets called Pacers, white with three green stripes.

I still remember the song and the advert. Obviously that marketing technique worked.

you can still buy kia-ora ;) i think they sell it in jack fultons they probably sell it in other places too. fabs *mmmm*

I'll be your dog!

Yes I remember it, very orangey taste. I also love fab lollies. I remember. When I was younger, I used to buy from the icecream man a whitches hat, which was a lolly with a cornet on top. Maybe my icecream man invented them, not had one since.

I was in the Kia-ora club!
