Anyway, enough from me, now I'm making myself hungry....Good luck and enjoy your fried fish!!

with white rice trust me they will love it! and put a lil hot sause!

hush puppies, Cole slaw, beans, fries, etc.

cold slaw and baked beans are a favorite in the south--I add deviled eggs as all love that here--and mac and cheese are good too.

Green salad ~ offer two dressings:

**one with a dressing made with Heinz chilli sauce and some tabasco added to a vinaigrette, and also some diced onion and green pepper ....

**the other: something a little more mild like a vinaigrette made with red wine vinegar and fresh herbs

crusty bread &
ice cold beer

Have a nice time!

Well I love to eat grits with my fish, I never thought of anything else to eat with it.

Rice is the best side dish to have with fish.

Other ideas: corn, broccoli, salad, buns, potato salad

rice slaw huspupies

unless you're from the south, this is probably going to sound weird, but cheese grits are great with fried fish.

you have to get regular grits or quick grits, but NOT instant! lol!

measure your grits and water, add a dash of salt and as they cook down, stir in a bit of butter. when they are just finished cooking, add some white american cheese and salt and pepper to taste. mmmmmm!

Make a big salad, with eggs cucumbers, cherry tomatos the works. Or a macaroni salad, go on to foodnetwork.com for some easy fast recipes. This is a kinda cheaper thing so you can make a large qty. Also potato salad is always a favorite.I use miracle whip and spicy brown mustard in mine (its sounds crazy but it is very tasty) Try some of those lipton side dishes like the rices or something, then a steames veggie like corn on the cob or brocolli/cauliflower/carrot medley. Dont forget baked beans and the always favorite cole slaw. ENJOY HOPE THIS HELPS YA.
