Answers:
try changing the niple to a more natural shaped one. you could also try a device to help adoptive parents pseudo-"breastfeed" that leaks formula down a tube until she gets used to taste, then transition.

start feeding cereals and get a cup for drinking then do bottle you need to be strong in trainings or it will not happen.

Try isomil, it is a soy based formula and our daughter took it after breast feeding when she wouldn't take other formula.

My son won't drink (pumped BM) from a bottle either...but you know what he does drink from a spill-proof sippy cup! It's the strangest thing...I guess he doesn't like the constant drip of the bottle, but enjoys the "work" of a sippy - must be more like the breast. You could try?

i would ask this question in the pregnancy/parenting section. they have a lot of good ideas. the only thing i can think of is to try different kinds of nipples is she won't take the bottle at all. some babies are really picky about the nipples. you might have to try a few before you find one she likes. if you have any milk frozen from before you started taking your medication, i would make her bottles that are half breast milk and half formula. eventually she will get used to the taste and you can switch over to formula only.
