Do you say soda, coke, pop, or something else? What about in your native tongue?!

Question:

Do you say soda, coke, pop, or something else? What about in your native tongue?

Answers:
Hey LC... I usually say Coke first because I like Coke best, then if they offer Pepsi I'll go with that. When asking or offering something esle I say soda. I lived back east for awhile and never got used to hearing it called pop.

If you are interested I came across this page on wiki with different names for soda by country.

Soda unless traveling in Europe. You ask for a soda there you'll get soda water, ewwww. You need to ask expecially for what you want, i.e. Coke lite (not diet).Asking for a coke is generally used in the south, a soda in the east and pop in the midwest.
