How do I package and sell my gumbo and etoufee?

I have been making and selling it as a hobby for a couple years & have received really, really good feedback. I would like to look into larger distribution options.

Have you tried contacting local food distributors in the area? They may be able to give you some insight on how to go about distributing your product. I am originally from Louisiana and I LOVE gumbo and etoufee. I wish that you could send me some right now...LOL
