Why does cheese taste so good with chili?!

Why does cheese taste so good with chili?


Answers:
Because my chili is hot and spicy and the cheese is strong flavor without any heat that provides a creamy taste. great contrast together

Because chili is not good by itself

I dont know. The two just have a great connection. The warm chili & melted cheese swirls that develop as you mix through the chili is just perfect!

and a dallop of sour cream

because of all the spices in chilly the chese is dary so it cools the tast and smoths it so thair for is more pleasing to the tast buds just like if you eat a hot pepper and then drink a glass of milk same thing

because it just does! cheese is fatty and anything fatty usually taste good

because it's bad for you. Everything good is either illegal, immoral or fattening.
