While I like to try new flavors I always come back to Vanilla, you can do so much with it and add other flavors (fruit, chocolate, liqueurs, etc) and not worry about getting something inedible cuz the flavors clash
Has to be Hudsonville Vanilla hands down for me. Though I have found Good Humor Vanilla that is served at Abblebee's to be a ok second.
