Kool-aid in swimming pool?!

Question:

Kool-aid in swimming pool?

Kool-aid in swimming pool?

My school is going to the local swimming pool on the last day of school and i wanted to pull a prank. I was going to pour blue raspberry lemonade into the swimming pool. Would this work? Would the Chlorine eat it up? How many would I need to stain like a 10ft by 10ft space? I want it to be not noticeable and to just fill a tiny area, I dont want it to taste good, Koolaid stains like crazy, that stuff is some of the hardest stuff to get off of the body. It will be hilarious if someone gets stained blue.

Answers:
Don't do it, it could cause more harm than you can imagine. You are just asking for trouble. Do something mature and avoid participating in poorly planned pranks.

you might need like 5 or 6 large envelopes if you really want to get somebody stained blue.

For one, that would not be a very smart thing to do. Yes kool-aid does stain clothing and the skin. You may think as it as a joke but you will have alot of very angry poeple and you will probably be kicked out and never be let to swim there again.

a few packages should do it... dont use those premixed ones they contain sugar and can clog the pump..... have fun!

i have a pool, not sure about the the kool-aid thing. if its a gunite pool then its porous an could stain the pool if you did too much. no way will the chlorine work that fast to get rid of it, my advise is find a less intrusive prank that may not cost some one some cash.

That's going to leave permanent stain on the pool but won't stain peoples skin like you think it would. It would probably only ruin their bathing suit. Try and find something else if you HAVE to pull a prank. Either way, you could get some kind of vandalism charge. How about filling the pool up with something that floats and is a little easier to clean up?
