What are some other uses for horseradish besides as a condiment for prime rib?!

Question:

What are some other uses for horseradish besides as a condiment for prime rib?

I want to use the large amount of horseradish I acquired over the three day weekend. I love it dearly, but wish to use it more than ever, more than simply for a meat condiment.
