Oatmeal calories 180. Really?
How come 100% whole grains Oatmeal doesn't feel like a 180 calories when it says it is (on the nutrition label)?

Try adding some fruit to your Oatmeal if it isn't satisfying. Fruit adds extra fiber to the Oatmeal and you should feel fuller. Bananas, peaches, and strawberries go well with Oatmeal.
Do you mean it seems like less or more? I've got to say I don't know what a calorie feels like anyway.
maybe those are the good carb grainy calories type, not the sugary, glucosy bad calories. grains are all light and fluffy but all thick and hardy at the same time
