How Can I Make a Delicous Iced Coffee that Taste Like a McDonald's Ones?
Answers:
but Mcdonalds coffee & ice it
Start with a good grade of coffee. Brew it....Ice it down. Notice I did not say add ice. You want this cold first. Adding ice later is optional
I don't know what McDonalds you go to, but their coffee tastes like crap! Why would you want to duplicate that?
Innovate not imitate. Make your coffee your own way. I like mine super sweet and creamy so I use condensed milk in place of milk/cream/sugar. Tastes sooo good! But if you want to make it like McDonalds, you'll have to find out what type of beans they use and what type of flavored syup they put into the coffee. Like the above suggestion, make sure the coffee is already cold then add ice...it will keep it from getting watered down too quickly.
You must start with esspresso. It is much stronger and when added to ice, icecream, sugar,or whatever you want it to be flavored with...it will stand up to the reduction in concentration. All the coffee houses charge alot for something that is easy and cheap. With a cheap esspresso machine, some simple sugar, and whipped cream, one can make many different delicious cold, frozen,or hot drinks
I would go the old fashioned and use a blender. Put all the things you like in your favorite iced coffee and add ice things like vanilla axtract will help very small amounts
You can go to copycat.com where there is alot of copcat recipes from fast food to restaurants to diners.Hope that helps
Go to McDonalds
they use their crappy house arabica beans, brew it on double strength, and it takes all day to cool down, so if its double strength, and they add it to an entire cup of ice, that makes it regular strength, vol-la!
Well first of all I'm gonna say that McDonald's coffee, as with everything else there, is CRAP. The only way it tastes good is if you put LOADS of sugar and cream. Really, if you buy flavored coffee even at a grocery store and prepare it, then ice it down to make it cold, then if you want ice or cream or sugar add it.
Go to McDonald's and ask them how they make they coffee.
Head to your local McDonalds, apply for a job, and voila!, the ones you make will taste JUST like the McDonalds ones!
