I want to lose weight and I want examples of a healthy balanced breakfast.

low fat cereal such as Special K with skimmed milk, a glass of water or juice and a piece of fruit such as melon or banana is healthy and low in fat!! try and stay away from the fried foods

eggs, toast, milk, any other grain food lol

get a wedge then a 2x4 and on each edge put a bk breakfast nah just kiddin it means you have you protien ,carbs and vegetable or fruit

don't take breakfast only see pictures of breakfast

eggs toast bacon

a low-fat whole grain cereal or oatmeal with a serving of fruit or fruit juice and a dairy or protein such as milk, cheese, or an egg.

protien, fibre, fruit/vegetables
eggs, wholegrain bread, tomatoes, fresh fruit salad
almond yoghurt smoothie with blueberries
low fat muesli with fresh fruitandyoghurt
ricotta hotcakes with oats and fruit plate
grilledlean meat with potato and corn cakes
asparagus omelet with herbs, low fat milk.

egg whites - all the protein, none of the fat, or cholesterol
oatmeal - healthy, slow digesting carb, low cals, won't raise insulin very much
- throw some fruit into your oatmeal and you're set, for flavor, and anti-oxidants
