No i don't think id go back i never complain because if they took the meal away i wouldn`t be able to eat the meal when it was returned because you don't know what they would have done to it
Its easier just to leave the meal and walk out

if I'd had to complain I wouldn't want to go back

.

y wud you want to go back

No- i would never complain in a bad way. if you were nasty and angry, then you could expect to have something done ( not that i would go to a restauant where i thought they employed staf that would , say, spit in food regardless of what you said!)
better to be sooo nice than face their wrath!

My husband is always afraid that they'll spit in his food. I'm not though because I know that there are so many people in the kitchen working at once that one couldn't get away with it.

As long as you're nice about it. If you were a dick about it, they probably already did something to that order the first time. If you're cool about it and realize that sometimes people make mistakes, wait staffs won't have a problem with you.

#1... Why would you want to go back if it was bad in the first place? #2 Depending on how big of a scene you made, they will remember you, and yes i would be worried about getting my food messed with.
Don't go back.

I wouldn't be afraid but I wouldn't go back anyway!! Seriously if you got bad service first time why would you want to return??

If the food wasn't good at all, you surely don't WANT to go back to that place. Just go somewhere else.
If you have eaten there before, it probably was only an exception. They wouldn't do anything, you're a paying customer (I guess!!!), so why should they be angry if you come back??

That would depend on my "complaint". If I was overly zealous in my distaste and screamed at everyone in the restaurant - I would not go back. If I returned a dish because it was incorrect or a taste I did not like then I might go back. If I told the manager as I left I was displeased with some aspect of the food or service I would return to see if my comment had made an improvement on the establishment. If I thought the server might foul my food out of spite I would not go back and I would report the establishment to the health board. Hope this helped!

Yep i'd think they might spit or worse in it next time

If the food was so bad/inedible that you had to complain to the restaurant about it, then I don't think I'd want to go back!

Be polit and tell them the food isn't correct or it's on the cold side. A good establishment will make it fresh or correct the problem in another effective manner. REMEMBER...THE WAITSTAFF DOES NOT COOK YOUR FOOD, SO DON'T SCREAM AT THEM.

Yes, yes I would. If they did something once chances are that they will do it again...I would be not scared but turned off because there are so many vandictive people running around.

no..wouldn't go back, i'm sure theres plenty more places that do lovely food.
