Where would I find a smoked ham hog jaw?!

Question:

Where would I find a smoked ham hog jaw?

Answers:
Most commonly known as a Hog Jowl, it is available at alot of African-American stores, Hispanic or try a store that sells a large range of smoked pork products.

It is not expensive, and can be used in place of bacon, I like to use it in baked beans, sauces, stuffings or in a pot of french "Choucrote Garni".

I was a chef in Canada for 20 years and got mine at German or Polish delis, that specialize and/or smoked there own sausages and pork porducts, you can find it just cure or raw, if not use a piece of salt pork, not exactly the same but similar in most ways.

I have never heard of that.
Guess you could try an oriental market or some southern market.
Or do you mean ham hocks?
You can find them in most grocery stores.
They are used in baked beans.
