I am doing this because, after lots of research, seeing how dangerous regular milk, is. Milk in general that is. It's so bad just thinking of it makes me sick.

There aren't any great foods, you just eliminated lasagne, eggplant parm, ravioli, cheese, cream cheese & bagels, cookies & milk. I could never go vegan or even vegetarian for that matter.
fruit, vegetables, cereal, rice, meat, chicken, fish, eggs
Anything that doesn't contain dairy.
cheese substitutes if you ignore the fact that they dont melt or for that matter taste like cheese
I leave a link with good vegan foods in it. X D
Dairy that is lactose free , it won't hurt your stomach.
Beer
french fries
onion rings
chicken salad lettuce tomato onion italian dressing
watermelon
grapes
cherries
peanuts almonds cashews etc. nuts
pancakes using water not milk
shrimp
tuna
a cheese steak with out cheese
hot wings
chicken tenders breaded with egg and hot sauce no milk
pasta with tomato sauce
spaghetti and meatballs
non-dairy casserole dishes
bagels with peanut butter
salads with olive oil and vinegar dressing
fruit plates with tuna

I'm lactose intolerant so i use soy based cheeses and milk.
you can eat all your favorite foods just avoiding some ingredients. i get by just fine (there's even "Tofutti" ice cream that's really, really good.
Everything that is not dairy is great. But did you mean dairy replacements?.
Soy makes a lot of products that are similar to dairy.
HI, why are you trying to eat dairy free?? Are you lactopse intolerant?? There is a milk, called soy milk, this is derived form soy beans, and is not dairy. So you can still eat say ... cereal . For a coffee , if you like coffee, you can add NON-DAIRY creamer. You can make yourself a nice lettuce salad. I like it with just cut salad, some sliced tomatoes and lots of lemon. Taste great, fills you up, and you dont gain any weight!! Good luck!!
Try the toffuti imitation ice cream bars ...I think you can purchase them at trader Jose , They taste just like real ice cream and it is made with no dairy or dairy by-products.

You can go to your local health food store because they sell many alteranative's to milk.
