Why are some potato chips green?!

Question:

Why are some potato chips green?

Answers:
Potatoes are supposed to grow in the ground. However, sometimes, they devolop so close to the surface of the soil that part of the potato will develop in the sunshine. When sunshine hits a growing potato, it activates the dormant chlorphyll in the potato, and turn that part of the potato green. Then you slice the potato and fry it into potato chips just like any other potato, and the green part will still stay green after frying.
