will i gain weight from this? should i eat more later? i plan on also working out later..

Answers:
it takes 3500 extra calories to gain ONE pound...so no you did not.

Keep exercising and you should not gain

I think you already know that you're eating too little. This will have the opposite affect on your body if you are trying to lose weight. What you are doing is putting your body into starvation mode where it will grasp tight to every single little calorie you ingest because it thinks you are starving it.

Losing weight is simply math: Burn more calories that you consume. However when you consume so few that your body cannot function you risk the whole starvation mode.

Data today says that we need to keep our blood sugar levels even and to do that we need to eat 5 to 6 small meals a day. These, of course, should consist of healthy food, stay away from processed foods, foods with a lot of bad fat or sugar. Eat whole grains, incorporate fruits and veggies into your diet, don't be afraid of bread-whole grain bread with some turkey or chicken is a wonderful lunch, have some carrots or fruit with it. Eat whole grain cereal and oatmeal. The more fiber in the food the fuller you'll feel and it will last. Drink lots of water. Eat boneless/skinless chicken breast, you can do a million things with them!!!
You really need to find what works for you, but know one thing, if you are denying yourself you will set yourself up for failure! If you eat well all week and want some ice cream-have a scoop or two on Sunday. Just knowing you can have what you crave will get you through!!

Nope, but you should eat more, it's not good for your body.

It depends on...

How tall you are...
What you weigh now...
What else you are going to eat today...
How much exercise you are doing...
What type of exercise you are doing..,

and

How old you are...

With all these you can then determine your total calories you need to sustain your optiome weight.

you will most definatly not gain weight. it all sounds so healty

keep up the good eating habits

GOOD LUCK

uhhh no

it sounds like you're not eating enough, i mean granola bars, fruit and wheat thins are all mainly snack foods, not meals. Try eating real food like chicken or fish with some veggies or low fat side. Eating too little can make your body go into starvation mode and you will actually gain more than lose because your metabolism can slow down.

no...especially since all of that stuff youve eatin is healthy.
just keep bein active and a little treat once in a while isnt bad!!
:]

As long as you are getting exercise you won't gain weight from that. You do need to eat more later, some grilled chicken and steamed veggies perhaps? You can eat normal and healthy and not gain weight as long as you are burning the calories with exercise.
