Question:

Foods i should eat...?

im dieting now
started today
and i need a list of food that wouldn't hurt if i ate it


Answers:
Try to have a lean protein (fish, skinless chicken, etc), vegatables (spinach, brocolli, etc) and a starch (brown rice, small potatoe) at every meal.

Just limit your fats, and sweets and you will be ok. Although your body does need some of the good fats try to get them from things like salmon or avocado.

vegetables
Lean meat (chicken turkey etc pref grilled or cooked without fat/oil)
fish
skimmed milk
pulses(lentils, dried beans)
oats
sugar free cereals
low fat yogurts
cottage cheese
to name but a few!

Eat veggies!!! Everything in green & red! Get a juicer, a good one. Then you can drink your veggies & helps you not be hungrey. Don't skip meals, doesn't help. Walk or swim they are low impact & very good for you. Don't eat after 6pm. Drink lots of water!!! Good luck!!!!

You need protein intake everyday.
Drink lots of water.
Take a vitamin pill.
Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables.
Keep the intake of carbs low.
Eat whole grain products.
Eat milk products, cheese, yogurt, skim milk, soy mlik
