What is the best breakfast to eat before taking the SAT's?!

Question:

What is the best breakfast to eat before taking the SAT's?

I'm taking the SAT's tomorrow which are going to be from 9-1. Anyone know the best breakfast to eat so my brain is ready! :) THANKS

Answers:
the best would be a little protein (eggs or egg whites maybe), a little fiber (fruit, whole grains or a veggie), some calcium & potassium

this sounds bizarre, but a couple minutes before you begin testing, pop in a hershey kiss of mini sized chocolate. The antioxidants & other nutrients in the chocolate stimulate memory recall, helping you to more readily remember the information already burned into your memory. This really does work too! psychological studies have proved it, and I've tried it.... I really did do better on the exams & tests when I had a small amount of chocolate before testing!

:o)

Beerioo's

porridge- the oats release slowly keeping your energy levels up,and oats are supposed to relax you as well.good luck!

before i took mines i ate eggs and toast with some bacon on the side and some orange juice....it was good and i felt like i had enough energy!!!!!!

You want to eat a full meal about an hour before so it has time to digest. Because it will be awhile before you eat again, make sure you have plenty of protein.

I suggest 2 eggs, some yogurt, 2 slices of toast (whole grain is best) and a glass of juice. Then right before the test, eat an apple or some kind of nutrition bar.

Good luck on your SAT's!!

Eat something with protein, such as eggs, or with slow releasing carbs, such as oatmeal. Both will help hold your concentration throughout the testing. Good luck!

eggs, juice,

nothing too sugary or else you will get really excited and maybe nervous, and then crash during the test

Protien is good for brain function and energy so I would suggest a couple of eggs, prepared how you like, with a slice of whole wheat toast and maybe some blueberries which are good brain food, also. Don't go heavy on carbs, they can make you sleepy. BTW Good Luck on those SAT's!
