Wilton cake decorating classes- Prices? Stuff Needed?!

Question:

Wilton cake decorating classes- Prices? Stuff Needed?

I'm looking at taking the first wilton class at an AC Moore store but cant find a ton of info such as how much the classes are and what supplies you need and the price for them too. Does anyone here know? I look both on AC Moore and Wilton's website but saw no prices. The local AC is about 30 miles way so I want to find out as much as I can before driving over to sign up! Thanks!

I just finished my second Wilton class...for the first one, you have to buy the Kit and pay for the class...and there are a couple of other expenses (about $30 or so worth depending on how involved you want to get)...for the second class, I bought some more couplers to make it easier rather than changing them, and I bought the "tackle box" to keep everything in...keep in mind you have to buy sugar and shortening and stuff too...but, it's fun! I'm hooked! Hope that helps....Cindy

I would call the store and ask. Sometimes the price includes the supplies. If you go to the product section of the wilton website, I think the offer a student or starter kit. That is probably what you will need or will contain everything you will need. My guess is that the class will be in the $35 to 50 range.
