in a bowl and then pour some soymilk, and maybe add fruits

Well, its a very complicated process.
First, you pour the cereal(of your choice) into the bowl, this round container thing.
Next, carefully pour milk into the bowl.
Now take your spoon, the odd shaped stick, and let it make contact with the bowl.
Bring the stick, or spoon up to your mouth and open up for the choo choo train!

i lavv to eat them with 0% fat greek yoghurt and greek honey!mm il have 2morow;p ...it doesnt go with all cereals tho!
