Question:

How much weight do you lose a year if all you drink is water?

Mostly water and milk.

thanks

Answers:
You'd loose ALL of your weight!
.

I've heard soda alone is 10lbs, so around 15lbs.

what....................

It depends on what you drink now...please elaborate!

It really depends. Weight loss or gain is not typically soley dependent on what you drink. There are variety of factors that contribute to successful weight loss such as how much and what types of foods you take in, what type of excersize you do and how often you do it, your age, height and overall health all contribute to this.

I would say that cutting out carbonated and sugary beverages alone will definitly help you feel more energetic and give you a successful jump start to your weight loss campaign.

It depends what you were drinking before and if you change your eating habits. A 12 oz. Coke has 155 calories. At one Coke a day, that's 16 lbs. A large McDonald's shake has 582 calories, so if you used to drink one a week, that'd be another 8 and a half lbs. It doesn't help if you just eat ice cream instead though.

U wont live to find out... dont do it

None.

When you cut calories, it is essential to increase your level of exercise at the same time, or your metabolism will adjust to conserve energy and keep the same weight (or even gain) on fewer calories consumed.

I'm pretty sure you would die after a month of just water...even with a little milk.

What are you really asking?

You would be dead if all you drunk was water and milk, because the human body can not live without food(ethier).
