Sorry, but I am in the habit of giving `bad answer` for just one word replies which obviously are just to make up the point towards fame.
Also for silly answers which do not answer the question properly and do not even make people laugh - only cringe.

cider, real scrumpy from cornwall, just pure fermented fruit. lager all chemicals and colours

lardbeer lol

water

white lighten cider, yummy

Guinness, its not technically beer (stout) but it is good for you......trust full of iron

cider because it is made of apples....

beer I can't stand cider, most of the Americans responding think that cider is a fruit juice (non-alcoholic) because that's how its sold in the USA. but Cider in the UK is a horrible alcoholic beverage

neither.. beer is full of chemicals and cider is full of fermented apples.. both as bad as each other.. but taste great

I think cider....but that's because I like it better...

lager

less chemicals, less sugar and less calories
.

Apple Cider. mmm.... that's good stuff

Cider, not as bad on the liver.

cider

Guiness! Guiness is Good for you!

None really except the cider might have less calories so it wins by default.

Cider

They say that an apple a day keeps the doctor away, so I'm drinking myself to health right now LOL! On a more serious note, neither is better than the other in small amounts; in large quantities they're equally bad for you. Probably not as bad as drinking spirits heavily, though.
