i heard that if you drink a pepsi everyday your stomach will bloat? is this true?


Answers:
yes. Soda's have around 150 calories. Without sodas, we average at a least 100 calories per day more than we use. When there are 3500 calories in a pound of fat, that's an extra pound a month. Every extra soda you drink per day adds another pound to a pound and a half of fat per month.

Sodas also leech calcium from your body (bones) so it's a much worse problem for women. Add the increased risk of Diabetes, and Sodas are as bad as tobacco.

Along the lines of tobacco and the manufacturer guaranteeing their demand, sodas mostly have caffien, which increases your urination. The more soda you drink, the more dehydrated you get which causes you to drink more soda. Addiction to soda is a documented issue.

The latest dietary study says that if you drink a soda a day, even diet, that you will gain weight at the end of theyear. I have not heard of bloating from soda.

Yes, and the phosphuric acid will wear the enamel off of your teeth. The only thing I use soda for is cleaning the toilet-it has some of the same ingredients as in toilet bowl cleaner. By the way, the "caramel" color in pepsi is made with carmine, which is crushed chochineal beatles, and is what red food color is made from

Depends how much you drink

Yes..all bad carbs, i.e. ,"whites" sugar bread, flour, rice etc. tend to add fat to the abdominal area. Carbonated drinks do make you "gassy" too, although it shouldn't be noticeable if you just drink a small amount..nevertheless they are not good for you, best to drink water!!!

It's not bloat. It's weight gain from the corn syrup that's in most sodas. I read somewhere that if you quit drinking soda you can lose 14 lbs in a couple of months. That's with no additional effort or sacrifice. Pretty sweet.

UM Yea So Does Stress And eating anything with preservatives lost wieght 60 +lbs with out diet or exersize just by stopping preservatives how long ? 3-4 months plenty water teas some juice but I love my sweets like cookies,cake make them yourself also love pop so I switched to Knudson all natural pops only 1-2 day now have so much energy to do whatever .

i dont no but i no if u drink more than one soda a day everyday u will gain a pound a month usually and i heard it can give u cancer in later years.

Did you know that drinking one can of soda is the equivalent of eating 12 teaspoons of processed sugar?
I don't mean to sound sarcastic, but if you were your tummy, wouldn't you feel like bloating too with all that sugar and gaseous carbonation hitting it? Soda is nothing but sugar water and that's just one of the unhealthy things drinking it does to your body.
Your body and health will definitely suffer down the road. Hopefully, you will find healthier nutritious drinks.

Dr. Pepper sure made me fat. It has 44 grams of sugar. No wonder why I am getting close to being a blimp.
