Peppermint, almond,etc.

Vanilla beans are an example of natural flavoring. Just put the whole vanilla bean in whatever recipe you are making and remove it before serving. (As oppossed to the bottled vanilla)

Lime/citrus fruits rind .
Spices like cinnamon,cumin,fennel,cardamom... anise,caraway seeds soaked in water overnight & the water can be used to flavor dishes.
Fresh garlic paste can be mixed with butter for garlic toast.
Rose petals boiled in water and the water can be used to make sweetened chilled beverage.

Natural flavorings are usually herbs and spices. Depending on what you want to use them for. An easily home grown herb is mint. After washing the leaf, you can chew on it and have minty fresh breath. Or, you can use in cooking, or to make salad dressing.

The orange part of the rind of the orange is where orange oil comes from. A special tool is used to remove the orange part of the rind without removing the white (pith).

Stevia is a natural sweetener you can grow at home. However, the dried leaf, while being naturally sweet, does not impart it's sweetness to other things. Commercially prepared stevia is in a liquid or powdered form and can be used as a sweetener in place of sugar or artificial sweeteners.

These are just a small sampling of flavorings.

Um, lemon, lime, orange, almond....

Cumin, cardamon pods, star anise, cinnamon, chilli, ,...........the list is endless!!!

Many fruits as weel, mainly citrus.

Natural flavourings come from the flavouring origin, IE Mint leaf, Cranberry squeeze the berry,and so it goes on, to get it so its concentrated you heat up the Cranberry a simmer the juice down until its at lest half the amount it was it becomes thick and syrupy this then is call concentrated.I hope i have be able to help you

* Honey
* Any kind of syrup - maple, golden, molasses etc
* Vanilla extract
* Any fruit extracts - cherry, lemon, apple etc
* Spices - ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg etc

Vanilla , Cinnamon, Lemon Juice, Onion, Garlic , Peppers.

Pretty much most herbs and spices would be used as natural flavourings.

Carrot is also used in carrot cake, so I guess if you crush any kind of fruit or vegetable and produce a juice you will create a natural flavouring.
