Fruits and vegetables?!

Question:

Fruits and vegetables?

is it ok,to buy fresh produce than freeze it until you want to use it,and if so what is the proper way to do so. thankyou for all answers!

Answers:
Some will freeze very well, others freeze badly. Generally, fruits and vegatables with high moisture contents freeze badly, while those with little moisture do O.K.

If you do freeze them, make sure they are wrapped tightly to avoid freezer burn.

Yes, it is.

You can cut them up, place in baggies and freeze them.
