In the microwave, use the same setting as you would to heat any other dish.
Or put it in a saucepan with a little water, heat it on the stove till the water simmers, then strain the water & serve.

If it's already cooked eat it cold with a salad or cold meats.

The best way is in the microwave. Put it in a covered bowl and heat for only a very very short period, as it heats very fast.

If you've got to heat it, very slowly warm in a pan. Although I've never heard of this...
