Does this sound like a good diet?

eating 3 top ramen things a day
with nothing but water
and excersise
a hot pocket once in a while
mixed vegies and some milk once in a while
for three weeks : /

If the ramen is instant, that's too much sodium. You'll need fruits as well as veggies, and a bit of meat can't hurt either (even if it's just fish). Though the diet needs more variety (and healthier stuff), you're not going to die or anything eating this for 3 weeks.

Sounds like a real dumb diet. Unhealthy too.

No, not really. The ramen has too much sodium and probably too much fat (they fry those noodles before they're packaged), and it doesn't contain a lot of vitamins and minerals.

kind of. its not good to eat nothing but ramen and water for meals. it is good to get exercise. the mixed veggies are fine but you need at least two glasses of milk a day. if you look at the food pyramid it will tell you how many servings you should have from each food group. you need 5-7 ounces of grain a day, 2-3 cups of vegetables a day, 2.5-5 cups of fruits a day, 7 teaspoons of fat/oils/salts, 2-3 glasses of milk/dairy a day, and 5.5-6 ounces of meat/proteins a day. you need to change teh meals instead of just ramen. oh and you also need an hour of physical activity.

okay well first of all its not a good diet.
no more hot pockets, and MABE 1 top ramen a day , not three!!! those top ramens' have more then 250calories a pack! thats alot if you eat 3 a day. .... and hot pockets are very high in calories, some are almost 400 calories, and like everyone else said , alot of sodium isnt very good.

try eating 1 top ramen, LEAN pockets, more veggies.....ALOT of milk..... and add some type of meat and fruit.....keep the excersize goin too........hope i helped ya! good luck!
