Why can you serve duck breast rare?!

Question:

Why can you serve duck breast rare?

Answers:
You can serve any meat rare, but in the case of duck breast, you don't want to overcook it and risk drying it out. The chances of picking up a parasite or food poisoning from rare duck meat are fairly low, too, so there's not much harm in serving it that way.

I like the ducks with big fake breast!!

I am not sure. I thought you could serve any meat rare...?
