breakfast: strawberry smoothie.. which had non fat vanilla yogurt, 5 strawberries, & just ice.
mid morning snack: apple
snack: a couple peanuts
lunch at 4: small ceasar salad w/ grilled chicken, crutons, & some cheese. & a little bit of bacon bits.. i did not make this by the way.
i also have been walking around, and doing many activities throughout the day, and i will do crunches later. should i eat more?.. i'm still hungry.

that will hold you over.. it's healthy and has fiber...

You didnt eat a lot today, you actually ate quite well. Yes, if your hungry by all means eat something!

It depends on your body. It seems like your eating regularly and doing a lot, so if you're hungry, just eat! =)
