Did i eat alot today?!

Question:

Did i eat alot today?

smoothie that had non fat yogurt & strawberries, an apple, a pear, some peanuts, a ceasar salad w/ grilled chicken, iced latte, cup of coffee, a couple peices of celery, & 5 chicken wings.

i was also very active throught out the day, and probably burned off some calories. Just not the pear, celery, & chicken wings.
do you think i will gain weight from eating this just today? will it be okay if i had fruit later? or something else. any advice..

Answers:
girl you ate good today and you burned calories going to get all of this. dont worry about it. you gain weight when you eat more than you burn. dont worry honey.

If this is the normal amount that you eat every day, then you shouldn't gain any weight from eating it just today.

If this is a lot for you, I doubt you'll gain weight from it, even.

Fruit is fine later...or even a small portion of vegatables as a snack, like fresh cut celery, or carrots.

I think you'd be okay you won't gain alot because you ate healthy today , but eating fruit is good later but remember eatin glate at night past 8:00 p.m. other than fruit and parfaits and other things in that matter you tend to gain a pound or two if its junk food just watch what you are eating I know it's more than what you're asking for but just to keep in mind.

Gaining weight in a day is not posible. u eat but do excercise , drink plenty of hot water. but overeating in a day causes only indigestion, the food u intake is mere waste.

You done pretty well so far. I had Caesar salad w/grilled chicken too.

You gain weight every time you eat but it might not be a lot. And because some of the food you ate was healthy it will be OK to eat a piece of fruit.
