I like my bread toasted then I add mayo, mustard, lettuce, tomatoes, ham, pickles, and cheese.

My favorite sandwich is an open-faced grilled cheese sandwich, especially when the cheese turns a touch brown.
Meat loaf with cheese on whole-wheat bread is the first that comes to my mind. It would be even better if lettuce,tomatoes,onions,pickle... and ketchup were included in it.
If you've never tried this one , then you MUST. It's sooooooo good:
Cream cheese (ie Philadelphia) + Peanut Butter + chopped celery!
The combination is unbeatable....

I like cheddar on Italian bread with pepperoni, fresh mushrooms, green and red peppers, fresh jalapenos, dill pickles, tomatoes, dried cyan powder, dried parsley, cheap yellow mustard, mayo, hot suace, and BBQ sauce, grilled with butter.
