Ooo, this is a tough choice. I really like huckleberry (live in MI) but they are REALLY hard to find. I'd have to say my absolute favorite has to be my grandmother's fresh strawberry cheesecake ice cream. She uses really fresh strawberries (they have a 1/2 acre patch).
Huckleberry, Real hard to find unless you live in the North West, It's soooo good.
....uh.. i really like mint chocolate chip. it's refreshing after a shower, a nice little swim, or a big meal.
