A pot roast that was made out of a chuck roast put in a baking bag with potatoes, carrots, celery, onions, and gravy mix. It was baked until the roast could be cut with a fork.
It was so delicious! The meat just fell apart in your mouth and mingled with the taste of sweet carrots and onions, the gravy like a conductor bringing it all together. It was just wonderful. If I had a choice as a last meal, that would be it.
