Best place for cakes in Houston?

Anyone know of a bakery with fabulous cakes in Houston? It doesn't matter to me whether it's a more upscale place or a tiny, hidden mom+pop shop. (In fact, I probably prefer the latter.) I'm looking for some place where the products taste as good as they look. [The use of organic ingredients wouldn't hurt either, but isn't an *absolute* must.]

Oh, you should so try RJ Goodies on Stuebner Airline ... they have the absolute most delicious, most gorgeous cakes ever ... I'm actually getting one next weekend for a party... you won't be disappointed. But you should call them in advance because they do run out. They are a mom and pop place but a very popular one. I don't think their prices are too outrageous either. I hope you like them if you choose them.
