Is it bad not to drink water?
Hi there, i dont know when the last i drank water most of the time i drink soda,is it bad????
Answers:
I hate plain water so I drink it with a tiny squeeze of real lemon juice added. Just enough to take the chemical taste our water has away! I also drink squash and lots of fruit juices and a little milk, I also eat a lot of things like tomatoes or cucumber so although I don't drink 8 glasses of water I still make sure I don't get dehydrated. I'm only small and light and it can happen quickly and so I have to be very careful. Dehydration can kill!
check when you go to the toilet! The more like water it looks the better! If it's cloudy or dark you aren't getting enough fluid! If you get headaches a lot or feel tired and sluggish and seem to be thirsty a lot, then it's your bodies way of saying 'Help > I need water' quenching your thirst with fizzy soda is doing more harm than good for all the reason's mentioned already, so cut back on the soda and find better alternatives, and at least drink some plain water.

YES!!!!
Yeah.
It not good for your body, because the body needs water.
=]
yep, start drinking more.
Ya kinda, soda ruins your teeth and is full of sugar. Most of your body is made of water so it's good just to drink pure water. If you dont like water (ya its kinda plain) go for a run or do a bunch of exercise (also good for your body) and water will never have tasted as good.
well i wouldn't say it's bad that you don't drink water but it IS bad that all you drink is soda...bad for your teeth especially...i had the same problem....now i drink water more and my body feels different in a better way
Yes, my Dad has been like that his whole life (he's 65 now) he always drank Pepsi, Coke...all sodas. Now he has bladder cancer and prostate cancer! The Dr. said it's from NO WATER!!! Don't do it!
Your teeth will rot with too much fizzy pop. I like water, but am amazed when people refuse to drink it. Last buggers you'd like to be stranded in the desert with; and find an oasis
drinking 8 glasses a day is good for you!
Yes, pretty much. If you drink diet soda, you're filling yourself with aspartame which has possible links with cancer. If you drink regular soda, it's full of sugar and not much else. Fizzy drinks also leach calcium from your body which is bad news for your teeth and bones. If you really don't like water, you can still drink diluted cordials which are better than fizzy drinks. Although really, water is the best thing for you - great forur skin and hair too.
Yes,Sodas full of sugar which isnt bad for you but bad for your teeth. try getting an old tooth and leave it over a few days in a cup of soda and see what happens.Im sure it will shock you!
You dont have to just drinkplain water, if you dont fancy it buy juice that you put with water.
You need liquids to live, so by drinking soda, juice, or whatever, you are doing your part... however, water cleanses your body and helps to flush out the toxins. Drinking a lot of sugary drinks add a ton of empty calories to your diet that can lead to weight gain.
yes it is. water helps you get rid of wast out of your body and helps the blood carry oxygen to all the cells in your body and with out the oxygen in your cells the cells would die and your body would stop working.
Yeah :( Water is very important. Some of it's benefits include keeping your skin glowing and healthy, helping reduce dizziness or headaches, improves your energy, helps with weight loss and naturally removes toxins/waste from your body.
If you're not drinking enough water you can also end up with excess body fat, muscle soreness and digestive problems.
It is recommended that you drink 50 to 75% of your body weight in ounces on a daily basis.
Lack of water can lead to dehydration which can lead to organ failure. I learned the hard way on a trip to the ER, where an intravenous "drink" of water set me back about $350.
Go by urine color, generally. The darker it is, the more water you need. And remember, too, that somethings you may drink, such as coffee or alcohol add to the dehydration effects. Not sure about soda. Hope this helps.
As long as you have a diet which contains fruits and vegetables , don't live a too active lifestyle and live in a cool climate you should be able to get away with it.But that's no excuse because water is good for your body in the right amount and if you don't meet one of the criteria above you could risk dehydration - so why not stop the risk altogether!
Yes that's very unhealthy. You need water to stay hydrated and keep your body working properly. Soda is the worst. It's bad for your teeth and your health. All the sugar and acid and artifical flavors and stuff. It also makes you gain weight like crazy.
At least drink juice if you won't drink water, that's a bit better.
Yes, your body cannot live past 3 days without water. It may even be less than 3 days. Luckily for us some foods have water in them, so going 1 day without water won't kill you. It is reccomended that you drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. That way your body will function properly and everything will be great. If you can't get 8 glasses a day, at least try drinking a bottle of water everyday. If you don't like the taste get flavored! Those are great! As for the soda problem, try to cut down on it. Imagine what it is doing to your stomach, all that acid! gross! hope I could help=)
You get most of the water you need from the food you eat.You do not need 2 litres a day.Soda water is bad because it is carbonated and carbonated drinks are bad for your teeth.Drink a few glasses of water a day - thats all you need.
yes you should at least drink 3-20 oz. of water a day
You need to combine this with a glas of spring/tap water every hour.
tats really bad u will need water more or ur kidneys won't be working properly.
Yes it is bad to not drink water! Water is different than pop or Soda. You can get dehydrated if you drink nothing but soda.
you should drink lots of water.but do you know what fish do in the water??
Ever get that feeling when you're extremely thirsty, but no matter how much fluid you drink, nothing seems to quinch that thirst??!! It's your body telling you it needs water. Your body is mostly water, you have to put water back into it.
Yes. I'm the same. I only drink water when I go to the gym.
