Why the milk turns sweet when boiled for long?!

Question:

Why the milk turns sweet when boiled for long?

Answers:
This is a science question... Milk contains lactose, which is a sugar, by boiling the milk to long you boil off some of the water which is also contained in milk, increasing the concentration of the lactose, thus making it sweeter

Oh isw it? I didnt know about it.

You are concentrating it.

You shouldn't let milk come to the boil. When you see tiny air bubbles around the edges, it's as hot as it needs to be for any type of cooking. At that stage, always remove it from the heat.

I would think milk is made up of components, and like anything that you cook it changes flavor and texture, (gravy, runny when cold , as soon as it gets hot enough it thickens. and those components will remain thick))
milk must have a component that mabye disolves when heated therefore that part of flavouring dissapears and the sugar taste is stronger,,
im guessing,

You're killing all the poor little bacteria into sugar that's why lol just kidding Heck I dont' know. I don't even know y u even care about this.
